By entering the Lillian Muir x Despina “Freddo for a Month” giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. The Prize

• One winner will receive a voucher redeemable for one freddo espresso per day for 30 consecutive days.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, exchange, or credit.
• The prize is non-transferable and may only be used by the named winner.
• No substitutions will be offered. In the unlikely event that freddo espresso is unavailable on a given day, an item of equal value may be offered at Despina Gelato’s discretion.

2. Redemption

• The winner must collect their voucher in person from the Lillian Muir store at Tsakalof 11, Kolonaki, and present valid identification matching the name used during entry.
• The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Redemptions are limited to one freddo espresso per day, and unused redemptions do not roll over.
• Coffees must be redeemed within the promotional period and no later than 31 October 2025.
• Any unredeemed coffees after this date will be forfeited.
• Redemptions may only be made in person at Despina Gelato, Kolonaki.
• Despina Gelato reserves the right to request identification at the time of redemption.

3. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• One entry per person.
• Employees of Lillian Muir, Despina Gelato, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Winner Notification

• The winner will be selected at random and notified via email following the launch of the Lillian Muir Kolonaki store.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

• By entering, you agree to be added to the mailing lists of both Lillian Muir and Despina Gelato.
• Your information will not be sold or shared beyond the parties named above.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the links provided in each email.
• All data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable Greek privacy laws.

6. General Conditions

• Lillian Muir and Despina Gelato reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or suspected of tampering.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
